The customer had direct relationships with several different waste providers resulting in multiple invoices and service levels from a number of suppliers. This also included a variety of waste transfer notes and documentation.
This was proving difficult to manage and the customer wasn’t clear on how competitive their services were in the market place due to the complicated invoicing.
Due to the number of services, containers and waste streams it was clear to Blue Castle that a full environmental site audit was necessary – provided free of charge and with no obligation to take advantage of our service offering.
With access to the customers current invoicing, Blue Castle were able to combine the full site audit with a cost saving exercise resulting in a presentation to the customer to show them exactly how we could improve their service, compliance and internal processes whilst offering significant savings.
